A bit about myself.
I am an extremely dedicated Infant Development & Montessori Consultant for Baby Tour Guide Inc. who really loves the work that I do! Beyond that, I’m a Montessori mother to a beautiful baby boy! I am also an avid singer, writer, hiker, poet, traveler, and ukulele player who loves spending time with my family & friends.
It’s been just over a decade now since I began working with babies and their families, and in all that time boy have I learned a lot, had many thoughts, and truly fallen in love with the mysterious and beautiful world of babies … which is why I created this community!

Why you should
Venture Into the world of montessori babies with me
Well, the biggest reason is that all day every day, I am exposed to babies of all sorts of temperaments, from all different types of families, backgrounds and situations. And let me tell ya… I have encountered many different types of experiences that all babies go through and also experiences that are incredibly individual and unique to the child. My experience began over ten years ago as a nanny, soccer coach, and birthday party princess and evolved to a long-term love & relationship with the Early Childhood Education, Child Development, and Family Science fields.
how i started working in Montessori & Baby Development...
I spent many, many years running my own Montessori Infant Classroom, getting to work with babies & their families, assessing development, offering personalized guidance, and really loving what I did! During this time, I also led many Infant and Toddler Mommy and Me classes/sessions, gave Parent Education Events, and trained bright-eyed, incoming teachers.
I have also spent a lot of time focusing on parent experience as Interim Admissions Director and Admissions Partner in the Head Offices for a group of well known Montessori Schools in Southern California. Knowing in my gut my passion is for working directly with families and children, I created an independent in-home consulting experience: guiding on all sorts of Developmental and Montessori topics, assessing development, and finding appropriate materials, setting up environments and offering lessons for Infants and Toddlers in the home. And that is how Baby Tour Guide Inc. began!
Formal education.
My higher education has also been about babies, human development, and cultural background. I have my Master Degree in Montessori Education from Loyola University, Maryland, Bachelor of Science in Child & Adolescent Development emphasis in Early Childhood Education from CalState Fullerton, Associate Degree in Communications Studies emphasis in Intercultural Communication, Early Childhood Teaching Certificate and am an active member of the NAEYC, or National Association for the Education of Young Children.
I am also internationally certified in Montessori with my AMI Assistants to Infancy training from the Montessori Institute of San Diego. In that 2 year intensive training, we dove into the depths of all things from the moment of conception through age 3; like Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Child Neurology, Obstetrics and Montessori Pedagogy.
All that said, everyday with my babies and families I get to constantly incorporate what I learned in my degrees, training, and years of experience to provide the best quality of education and supportive environment for our developing babies and growing families! fro

Here in this space, we will get to talk about the fun stuff surrounding babies! This including their loving parents, families, and caregivers that get to help them grow! I’m a firm believer that all children are different, learn differently, and grow at different paces.
And I created this space to empower, encourage, and inspire everyone who is willing to take this journey with me!
